Governance involves the ways in which Council employees are accountable to the Parish Council, and the elected members and the employees are accountable to the community; this means all the processes that co-ordinate and control the Council's resources and actions.
All Parish Councils have to discharge their duties and powers within the law and according to their governance policies on the conduct of meetings and financial matters.
